Welcome to "RAM artwork" — a space where creativity, colour and imagination come together.

I create original contemporary and abstract paintings inspired by the way colours, forms, textures and emotions interact. My artwork is created by hand in my studio in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with each piece developed as an individual expression rather than a reproduction of something already seen.

For me, painting is not simply about creating something beautiful. It is about creating a feeling — something that can bring character, energy and personality into a space.

Where Creativity Meets a Different Perspective

My creative journey comes from an unusual combination of art, engineering and years of working with technology and design.

My professional background has taught me to appreciate structure, balance, proportion, detail and the relationship between different elements. Painting gives me the freedom to explore those same ideas in a completely different way — without equations, simulations or predefined solutions.

A blank canvas is an opportunity to experiment.

Colours become emotions.
Shapes become movement.
Textures create depth.
And every brushstroke contributes to the final story.

This combination of analytical thinking and creative freedom has become an important part of my artistic journey.

My Approach to Art

I don't believe that abstract art needs to have one fixed interpretation.

Instead, I want each painting to leave room for the viewer's own imagination.

A painting may remind one person of a landscape, another of movement, energy, calmness or simply a particular moment in life. That personal connection is what makes original art special.

I therefore focus on:

  • Colour — creating harmony, contrast and visual energy

  • Texture — adding depth and a sense of movement

  • Composition — balancing forms and creating visual flow

  • Emotion — creating artwork that evokes a feeling

  • Individuality — ensuring every original painting is genuinely unique

Each painting evolves through experimentation. Sometimes the final result is very different from where the canvas began — and that is part of the creative process.

Every Painting Has Its Own Story

I create each original artwork by hand, allowing the painting to develop naturally through layers of colour, texture and form.

There is no intention to make every painting look the same.

Instead, every canvas has its own character.

Some works are bold and energetic. Others are calm, subtle and atmospheric. Some are driven by colour, while others are shaped more strongly by texture and form.

My goal is to create artwork that can stand on its own — whether it becomes the focal point of a room or quietly complements the space around it.
